The Scirocco - Aquilo Level Cruiser

Compact, decently-sized cruiser capable of travel to Aquilo or other similar-level modded planets like Maraxsis, with strong circuit-controlled systems, large cargo space, and decent speed. Doesn't require any mods, and minimal quality. Just need 4 uncommon or better medium power poles, and the rest can be as high as you have.
Recommended damage levels: Physical: 8; Laser: 5; Explosive: 8; Asteroid productivity: 3
To jumpstart: place some solar panels, request water barrels and unload directly into the water pipes.
