Description

Dangwiggums' Universal logistics train system Uses wildcards, any train can dynamically deliver any material to any station. Cargo trains for cargo, fluid for fluid.

Has books for 1-1, 1-4, & 1-7 cargo, fluid, and artillery trains.

Place a provider where you are making something, like iron ore. Place a requester where you want a thing. Place a fuel depot somewhere, ideally close to provider stations. Place a group of depots for trains to wait at. (depot stacker) Place trains as needed.

There should always be at least 1 train waiting at a depot. If there is not, you don't have enough trains on the network.

Artillery trains in the 1-4 and 1-7 books. Place at least one depot, a provider station for it to load up on shells, then place some Requesters around the base perimiter. The requesters have a clock with a priority ticker that re-sets when a train goes to that station. Effectively allowing for a patrol path. A single 1-4 or 1-7 train will effectively keep the biters off your doorsteps as long as artillery range is sufficiently researched to extend beyond polution cloud.
