Repeatable 4x4 Solar grid with maximal possible average power output given the constraints of 2 Roboports and 1 Radar in the 4x4 grid. The grid consists of

• 16 sets of perfectly ratio'd 21 Accumulators and 25 Solar Panels.
• An additional 9 Accumulators and 11 Solar Panels.

The resulting ratio of 115:137 is very close to 21:25. In fact 115/137 < 21/25, and the difference 21/25-115/137 of the ratios is less than 1/1700.

As a bonus: the grid forms a nice anti-diagonal zigzag pattern!
