The main base needs to have the wooden box factory. I use this to send a wireless signal to start scanning. This should be the only wooden factory in the game. Any other wooden boxes on the logistic network will interfere with the wireless signal.

The tiny blueprint that has the Ghost Scanner on it, also has a wooden power pole. This is to ensure that the Ghost Scanner is working correctly after it has been placed by Recursive Blueprints. Having wooden power poles on the logistic network could interfere with this signal.
