Factorio Blueprints

This circuit blueprint is supposed to solve the following problems:

• Need to insert exactly what is provided by the incoming signal (in this case, the constant combinator provided)
• Need to get rid of excess items delivered by the logistics network
• Need to make sure stack inserter doesn't grab too much
• Should work with different incoming sources (constant combinator, signal receiver in SE)
• Be able to be hooked up to a variety of containers

This circuit, when wired correctly, will make the requester chest request the missing items. As the items come in, they are moved into the buffer chest. It is then determined what items in the buffer chest can be moved to the destination, and what items can be moved to the overflow. The power poles included aren't needed for wiring; feel free to replace them with your own power source.
